The Saleroom, and the people running it
The Saleroom is a Parley Labs study of how frontier AI models negotiate. We seated five models in a small marketplace with solved ground truth, ran 60 sessions, and recorded everything: every public message, every offer, every trade, and every private reasoning trace. This site is the public record of what we found; every claim on it is cited to a session and turn you can replay.
It was built by Anusha Acharya and Milind Shah. The full paper, Same Model, Same Seat, Same Scenario (2026), is being prepared for release.
Questions, corrections, or a claim you think doesn't hold? We want to hear it; the study's whole posture is that claims get checked.
